VOS Amontillado

Aged by the solera method, in American oak barrels, located in the “sacristía” for more than 20 years. Withdrawals from the barrels are always in small quantities, under supervision of the Sherry Regulatory Council.


Dark gold in colour with and copper hues. Intense and very aromatic on the nose.


Dry, balanced and well structured, the wine has great concentration and depth, with a long, spicy finish.

VOS Palo Cortado

Aged in our "sacristía" and recognised by the Sherry Regulatory Council as having been aged for  more than 20 years.

A dark gold, amber colour. Penetrating aromas of dried fruits and great concentration.

Complex and generous on the palate, leaving a clean and persistent finish.

VOS Oloroso

Aged in Lustau’s “Sacristía” for more than 20 years.

Mahogany in colour with bronze reflections.  Intense and penetrating aromas of dried fruits with great concentration.

Round, complex and generous on the palate, with warm nutty, cocoa and cinnamon flavours. The wine has a long, clean finish.

Lustau Añada 1990 Rich Oloroso

The "Añada 1990" is a vintage sherry produced from 100 per cent Palomino grapes.  In order to preserve the natural sugars fermentation was arrested, and the wine was aged for 17 years in American oak barrels. The 1990 vintage produced 8.000 bottles.

A dark gold colour with copper hints.  Penetrating smoky wood aromas. In the mouth the wine is soft, reminiscent of dates and dried apricots.  Complex and well balanced.

Lustau Centenary Selection - Pedro Ximénez Murillo

A special selection from the best butts of an old Pedro Ximenez solera.  The wine was launched in 1996, to commemorate the centenary anniversary of Lustau´s foundation.

Production is limited to just one bottling each year.

Of a very dark brown colour, opaque and viscous,  redolent of ripe fruit, liquorice and molasses on the nose.

Soft, velvety and sweet on the palate. Balanced, with a long finish which shows the age of the wine.

Lustau East India Solera

Each individual component of this blend (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is aged in its own Solera. After blending, the wine is further aged for three years in a solera of 33 American oak casks before bottling.

A dark mahogany colour with bronze hues. Concentrated aromas of ripe fruits, mocca, cocoa and toffee.

Very complex on the palate, with a clean acidity and flavour of raisins, nuts, crystallized orange and candied peel.
