
100% Palomino grape. This wine was selected from one of the best casks of the solera of Amontillado San Bartolomé. The Council of the Denomination of Origin has endorsed it with the category VORS, more than 30 years of ageing.
Dark amber in colour, the aromas are reminiscent of butterscotch, noble wood, old leather and wax polish. Savoury, almost saline, typical of the concentration found in the amontillados of such long ageing.

Coppery topaz in colour. Vibrant nutty pecan aromas. In the mouth it has a slightly bitter touch, reminiscent of dark chocolate, with great length.

Brilliant tones of old gold, with bronze hues. This wine has aromas of nougat, apricots and plums. Intense and warming, mouth filling, reminiscent of marron glacé on the palate and old brandy due to its great concentration.

100% Pedro Ximénez grape. This superb Pedro Ximénez comes from one cask selected from a Solera of six set aside as a family reserve in the 1930’s. The Council of the Denomination of Origin has endorsed it with the category VORS, more than 30 years of ageing.
Opaque dark mahogany in colour, with an amber rim. This wine is reminiscent of figs, dates, raisins and licorice on the nose. Spectacular flavour and density, but not at all cloying. Its light acidity leaves the palate clean. Very long aftertaste.

The "Añada 1990" is a vintage sherry produced from 100 per cent Palomino grapes. In order to preserve the natural sugars fermentation was arrested, and the wine was aged for 17 years in American oak barrels. The 1990 vintage produced 8.000 bottles.
A dark gold colour with copper hints. Penetrating smoky wood aromas. In the mouth the wine is soft, reminiscent of dates and dried apricots. Complex and well balanced.

A special selection from the best butts of an old Pedro Ximénez solera. The wine was launched in 1996, to commemorate the centenary anniversary of Lustau´s foundation.
Production is limited to just one bottling each year.
Of a very dark brown colour, opaque and viscous, redolent of ripe fruit, liquorice and molasses on the nose.
Soft, velvety and sweet on the palate. Balanced, with a long finish which shows the age of the wine.

Each individual component of this blend (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is aged in its own Solera. After blending, the wine is further aged for three years in a solera of 33 American oak casks before bottling.

Very complex on the palate, with a clean acidity and flavour of raisins, nuts, crystallized orange and candied peel.
