
Aged in American oak casks, in the humid and salty environment of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a small town located on the estuary of the river Guadalquivir.

Aged in American oak casks through the traditional “solera y criaderas” method in our wineries in El Puerto de Santa María, a seaside town situated at the “Triángulo del Jerez” (Sherry’s triangle).
Its colour is pale yellow. It reminds to yeast on the nose, dry and sharp on the palate.

This wine, partially aged under veil of yeast like the Finos (biological aging) finishes its aging without it (oxidative aging).
Amber in colour with a nutty aroma on the nose.
Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.

Of a dark colour, with amber shades. This wine combines the delightfulness and finesse of the Amontillados on the nose and the body of the Olorosos on the palate

Every component of this wine (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez) is aged in its own Solera. After being blended, the sweet wine is bottled.
Of a mahogany colour, it has smoked aromas of dried fruits, soft and sweet on the palate, it has a delicate acidity on the finish.

After being blended in its own solera, the Oloroso and the Pedro Ximénez are blended, and the result is a sweet wine.
Its colour is mahogany. With concentrated dried fruits, raisins and sultana (coconut cake) aromas. The classic Cream Sherry: soft and sweet, complex and long on the palate, with a balanced and clean acidity to finish.

The Moscatel grapes, cultivated in our vineyard ?Las Cruces? are put in the sun until they become raisins. The fermentation is stopped, in order to keep the natural sugar of the grapes.
It has a dark mahogany colour, with a green-yellow rim. Intense citrus and floral aroma.
Soft and sweet on the palate, it is reminiscent of honey, citrus and spices. Very sweet and long on the palate, but with a balanced natural acidity.

The grapes Pedro Ximénez are put in the sun until they become raisins. The fermentation is stopped, in order to keep the natural sugar of the grapes. Afterwards, this wine is made stronger and aged by the “solera and criaderas” method.
Color marrón muy oscuro y viscoso, recuerda a fruta madura, higos secos y a granos de café tostados.
Muy dulce, aterciopelado y suave en la boca, con un final excepcionalmente largo.
