1,75 oz Amontillado Escuadrilla
0.5 oz Simple Syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
1 lemon wedge, 1 orange slice and small red berries
Top of Lustau Brandy Solera Reserva

In a mixing tin, muddle 1 lemon wedge with 2-3 small strawberries or raspberries. Add the Amontillado, the East India and a small handful of crushed ice and shake. Strain into a Collins glass and top with crushed ice. Top of Lustau Brandy Solera Reserva. Garnish with berries and orange slice. Serve with a straw.
