Botas de Amontillado
Aged for three years in the traditional Solera system, in American oak casks that previously containing Amontillado Sherry.
Light amber in colour, with elegant oak and toasted wood aromas, notes of vanilla, orange marmalade and Amontillado. Dry and smooth with a long and nutty finish.
Aged in Amontillado Sherry Casks for 3 years
Cured cheeses, black chocolate, roasted almonds, hazel nuts, dried apricots
Serve at 10 -15 º
